Send me an idea or picture you like and I will turn them to custom LEGO models instructions. Preferably a house, building, skyrise, or something similar whether it's fictional or exist in real life. You get to choose if you want them to come with interiors or not.

You will get the following files:

A professionally made instructions (manually made and checked page by page).

Part list (compatible with Microsoft Excel and Bricklink).

HD images (editable PNG with invisible background)

Collada file (compatible with Blender)

The cost only apply to one 32x32 studs baseplate.

No real pieces will be provided.
