Clear communication and did what we asked.

I asked to replicate a design from a pre-existing 3D image from a previous project with another 3D model. Kanye accepted this job and said he/she can deliver within 7 days.
Kanye was always friendly, but we never got beyond the usual greetings. The communication was not proactive at all. After the project was 2 weeks over the deadline, I tried to cancel the project. Kanye has refused without any explanation as to how he intends to bring the project to a quick end. I just let him work to see how long it really takes. Now, after 2 months, I have finished the project regularly. I needed to book a 3D professional to get the job done on time. I needed to book another real 3D pro to get it done.

He was very communicative and willing to make the revisions that I requested. The first 3d model was unsatisfactory, so he started from scratch and made sure that it was as professional/clean as possible. He did a great job of re-modeling my product. The project took 65 days, which was far beyond the anticipated deadline. It took time to re-work elements and get it to the point of completion, but eventually we got it! And I am pleased with the results.

Ordered a 3D model for VR generated from CAD data. Kanye clearly communicated about what he will be doing and his timeframe. He missed the proposed timeframe by one day, but that's ok. Two revisions were necessary to get a valuable result.
